"Checkout was kind of a hassle, but it worked out"
Ordering took more effort than I expected. The checkout process confused me a few times and definitely felt more annoying than it needed to be. I guess it all went through in the end, so that’s something, but I wouldn’t exactly call it a smooth experience

"Still No Laces, Still Out the Money"
I ordered the laces and they just never showed up. No delivery, no update, nothing. It’s frustrating because I don’t want to be out the money for something that should’ve been simple to send. At this point I’m just waiting and hoping I didn’t basically pay for nothing.

I ordered my usual size, but the laces seemed a bit shorter than I expected?? They still worked fine, so it wasn’t a huge deal, just a little confusing.

"I didn’t expect there to be so many..."
I didn’t expect there to be so many options, but they basically have every color and length under the sun. I grabbed flat laces for my sneakers and round ones for my boots all in the same order, which was super convenient. The site was easy to figure out too, so overall it was a painless experience.

"okay price, nothing amazing"
the shoelaces were fine and the price wasn’t terrible. i just thought they’d feel like a little better deal for what i paid. shipping ended up being more than i expected too. not bad or anything, just average overall.

"Return ended up being kind of a hassle"
The laces themselves were fine, I just ordered the wrong size by mistake. I figured exchanging them would be simple, but it dragged on longer than I expected and the email replies were slow. I also had to pay return shipping, which was frustrating since it was already kind of a small order. Not a terrible experience or anything, but I probably wouldn’t order again because... yeah, just not worth the hassle.

"Pretty close"
Order came fast. One pair was the wrong length though. Color was right. Everything else was fine. Not a big deal, just annoying. I’d double-check next time.

"Helpful support, just give them a little time"
I had a question about my order and they did get back to me fairly quickly. It wasn’t instant, but people are doing their jobs and a little patience goes a long way. The answer was clear, and after one follow-up everything got sorted out. Decent experience overall, so I’d give it 4 stars.

"Solid laces, I don't have no complaints"
I ordered a couple pairs of shoelaces they came in better than I figured they would. They don’t feel thin or cheap at all, and the tips are done nicely so they ain’t fraying after a few uses.
I’ve had one pair in my shoes for a few weeks now and they still look fresh. The color was close to what I saw online too, so I don’t have no issue there. Easy order, good laces, and I’d buy them again.

"Got the laces, but the site was a clunky mess"
I found the laces I needed, so that part was fine, but checkout was slow. The whole site felt a bit like a clunky dinosaur trying to figure itself out.

"Pretty disappointed, especially with support"
I’m not happy with it. I was already disappointed with the product, but dealing with support made it worse. The replies felt like copy-paste answers that didn’t really address what I was saying, so I just ended up more frustrated.

"Color was totally off"
